At Noelsmells, we work to process and dispatch orders efficiently.

1. Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is free unless a different shipping charge is displayed during checkout.

Standard orders are generally processed and shipped from our warehouse within 3–5 business days.

This timeframe refers to processing and dispatch and does not guarantee final delivery within 3–5 business days.

2. Express Shipping

Where Express Shipping is available, orders are generally processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1–2 business days.

Courier transit time is separate from warehouse processing time.

Express shipping does not guarantee delivery on a specific date unless expressly stated at checkout.

3. Courier Delivery

Once the package is handed to the courier, final delivery time depends on the carrier.

Delays may occur because of weather, holidays, carrier volume, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

4. Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be sent after the order has been dispatched.

Tracking information may take some time to update after a shipping label has been created.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed after the order has entered processing or shipment.

Additional costs caused by an incorrect customer-provided address may be the customer's responsibility.

6. Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, carrier notices, and available delivery photographs.

You should also contact the courier directly.

We will reasonably assist with available shipping information and carrier investigations.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact our support team with your order number and supporting evidence.

We will review the matter and determine the appropriate next step.
